Elizabeth Kate Gilling

Elizabeth Kate was the third child of Richard and Emma Gilling. She was baptised at St John Baptist church, Bridgwater on 19 April 1874 (ref 5c 417). Most people referred to her as Kate.

At the time of the 1881 census Kate was aged seven and living at 19 Bristol Rd, Bridgwater. Also in the house was her mother Emma, sisters Louisa and Emma and brothers Edward and Richard. Her father was away at sea.

No further information is available for Kate. She could not be found as Kate Gilling in the 1901 census.
